  • Who is Estex?
    Estex was founded by real estate agents with the desire to help other agents stand out amongst the crowd by furthering their marketing and promotional skills, and to connect buyers and sellers with credible real estate experts who have a passion for their careers.
  • How do I become a content contributor?
    Estex values relationships with those who create real estate content that builds marketing skills for agents and their business. Anyone interested in being a contributor can email info@estexawards.com to let us know how to get in touch.
  • What is an Estex Award?
    The Estex Award is awarded to agents in all 50 states who have demonstrated excellence in their real estate marketing through both online and offline channels.
  • What is the awards process?
    Interested candidates must complete our online application and pay the required fee. Most applications are reviewed within 60 days. Each applicant will be contacted after the judging is complete.
  • What information do I need to provide?
    Registration requires your full name, phone number, email address, agent license number, and state of issue. Each application requests all website URLs, Zillow profiles, social media handles, a broker recommendation form. See the overview of award criteria.
  • What is the broker recommendation form?
    The Broker Recommendation Form, is required with every application. This form provides judges with validation that the entrant is an agent in good standing with both their brokerage and their state licensing board. Recommendation forms are not required for brokers.
  • Who are the judges?
    Estex judges are fully vetted employees of Estex trained in the criteria and scoring process. Judges' decisions are final.
  • What is the criteria to win?

  • What do winners receive?
    Estex Awards winners receive digital award files to recognize their efforts which can be used on any social media platform, email, blogs, websites, newspapers, magazines, etc.
  • How are winners announced?
    Estex Awards winners will be recognized on our social media platforms and website. They will also receive a digital award to recognize their efforts.
  • How many winners are there?
    The awards can be received by an unlimited number of real estate agents and teams as long as all criteria has been met.
  • What if I don’t win?
    Anyone who fails to meet the minimum criteria is encouraged to download our Blueprint for Success which is full of helpful tactics and strategies that will get you on track for the award.
  • Can I appeal if I don’t win?
    Judges are carefully selected and trained therefore their decision is final and can not be appealed. Anyone who doesn’t win the award is encouraged to review our Blueprint for Success and enter again when criteria have been met.
  • How many times can I apply?
    Applicants can apply as often as they’d like, but are only allowed to win once per year.
  • Are there any guarantees?
    There are no guarantees that an applicant will win an Estex Award. We encourage you to review the award criteria and the terms and conditions prior to enrolling.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No refunds are offered once an applicant has registered and completed an award application. You are required to review the award criteria and terms and conditions before applying.
  • Do I need a membership?
    A membership is not required. However, membership is encouraged as you are provided with valuable discounts, insights and relationship connections throughout the year.
  • How much is a membership?
    An Estex membership is $10/year. We believe strongly in giving back so 100% of each membership fee is donated to Foster Love.
  • What do I get with a membership?
    A free copy of our Blueprint to Success, discount codes for purchasing downloads, monthly ideas for your social media, motivational posters, and future opportunities to meet and learn from other members, a package valued at over $250.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    Cancellation is not required as membership is not automatically renewable, but anytime you wish to no longer receive your benefits, you may email info@estexawards.com to be removed from our membership list.
  • What are Game Plans™?
    Game Plans™ are downloadable guides that make creativity easy for you. They offer ideas and templates that are easy to customize and implement. We know it's time consuming to generate new ideas which is why we created Game Plans™. They simplify your real estate business so you can focus on what you do best - selling!
  • Which Game Plans™ do you offer?
    We have Game Plans™ for everything an agent needs from open house strategies to client showing checklists as well as neighborhood and restaurant guides to show you are more than just an agent - you represent the community in which you live.
  • How much are Game Plans™?
    Prices vary depending on content, but can range from $5-$25. Promo codes to use for Game Plans™ discounts are distributed to Estex members throughout the year.
  • Do you give refunds?
    No refunds are given once a Game PlanTM has been paid for.
  • What is the Blueprint for Success?
    Our Blueprint for Success is a detailed outline of the Estex Award criteria and the steps you can take to secure your award. This can be purchased in our download section or comes free with an Estex Membership.
